This portfolio focuses on longer-term solutions for Wake County agencies through offering resources to invest in activities to build capacity. The purpose of this initiative is two-fold:
Agencies may apply for either an organizational assessment or a capacity-building grant.
Funding is made available through the Endowment’s Capacity Building Initiative. Capacity building projects may focus on one or more of these organizational development areas: mission, vision, and strategy; governance and leadership; resource development; strategic relationships; internal operations and management; and program delivery and impact.
