Purpose:
Create development office to support five-year strategic plan, replace reduced founder funding and allow for growth of services.
How:
- Hire mid-career development director and administrative assistant.
- Increase support for annual campaign.
- Increase annual campaign revenue gifts, and other sources of benevolent support.
Outcomes:
- Adopt new organization leadership structure.
- Replace phased out support from founding benefactor.
- Increase annual campaign revenues and major gifts.
- Realize new net revenue stream of $100,000.
- Increase capacity to serve children regardless of ability to pay.
Cost/Term:
$373,402 over three years.
