Funded Projects
Access to Health Care Portfolio

This portfolio focuses on decreasing financial barriers, increasing provider availability and enhancing appreciation of the benefits of care, particularly preventive care. Funded projects strengthen the safety net by serving uninsured children, build the capacity of care providers to meet the needs of underserved children and overcome barriers to care through community outreach to underserved families. The following projects build bridges to familiar, reliable sources of health care for Wake County's children and youth.
