Expansion Planning Grant*

From: Wake Teen Medical Services - provider of acute and chronic medical services, comprehensive health screenings, and mental health services.

Purpose: Hire health care consultant to conduct expansion plan and provide guidance to Board of Directors on questions of location, number of clinics sites and collaboration.

How:

1. Analyze growth opportunities.
2. Reach agreement on viable strategies to pursue.
3. Develop action plan.
4. Create budget and timeline.

Outcomes:

1. Wake Teen Board approves growth strategy for organization.
2. Implementation plan is adopted.
3. Budget and organization support is committed to execution of strategy.
