Purpose:
Move from planning to development activities
How:
- Expand the capacity for senior consultant work.
- Engage the services of communications, resource development, project management and specialists.
- Establish a Foundation Board and leadership to guide development of TNS.
Outcomes:
- A comprehensive operational plan for a regional day school.
- A Foundation and Founding Board.
- A Founding CEO to complete development and begin school and regional program operations.
- A functional partnership among health practitioners, schools, agencies, universities and families of special needs children (communication/mobility/special health conditions).
Cost/Term:
