  2. Rotate Pediatric sub-specialists in Gastroenterology, Pulmonology, Allergy, Cardiology, Hematology-Oncology, Rheumatology and Endocrinology through clinic in Wake County;
  3. Provide financial counseling and assist with public health insurance enrollment;
  4. Contract for local ancillary services as needed.
Outcome:
  1. Improve access to pediatric sub-specialty care;
  2. Reduce wait times for consultation to one week or less;
  3. Streamline access to procedures at North Carolina Children's Hospital;
  4. Reduce unnecessary emergency department visits and hospitalizations;
  5. Greater care collaboration with primary care physicians;
