The John Rex Endowment is pleased to announce an Early Childhood Mental Health, Social and Emotional Well-being request for proposals. It is well understood that the healthy development of our youngest is of critical importance.  Early life experiences not only shape how the brain develops but also provide a foundation for children to grow and develop into healthy, productive youth and adults.
